Terms of service
Effective 2026-09-16
The short version: it's a free beta, your content is yours, don't host anything you wouldn't want your name on, and we can take pages down that break these rules.
The service
Dealpages (dealpages.app) hosts web pages published by your AI assistant over MCP, tracks per-link engagement on them, and reports it back. It is operated by Kyle Legare, an individual. By creating an account or publishing a page you agree to these terms.
It is a free beta. Features can change, and pricing may be introduced later; existing account holders get notice well before anything is charged, and pages don't vanish when that happens.
Your account
- You must be able to receive email at the address you sign up with, and be at least 18.
- Keep your API keys secret. Anything published with your key is published by you. Revoke a key immediately if it leaks; that disconnects whatever was using it.
- One person per account. Teams and shared accounts are not a thing yet.
Your content
Pages you publish are yours. You give us the permission needed to store, serve, and back up that content, inject the analytics and comment scripts described in the privacy notice, and show a small engagement-analytics notice at the bottom of every page. Don't strip that notice.
You're responsible for what your AI publishes under your key and for the stakeholder details you attach to links, including having a lawful basis to record those details and to track engagement on pages you share.
What you may not host
Pages live under our domain, so a bad page hurts everyone. Don't publish:
- Phishing, credential collection, or anything that impersonates another person, company or service.
- Malware, exploit code, or scripts that attack readers' browsers.
- Content you don't have the right to share, including confidential material of a third party.
- Anything illegal, defamatory, harassing, or sexually explicit.
- Spam or bulk unsolicited pages; automated abuse of the API or of readers.
We can unpublish or delete a page, revoke keys, or close an account that breaks these rules, without notice if the risk to readers warrants it. Anyone can report a page by email to kylelegare@gmail.com.
Readers
People who open a shared page don't need an account and don't agree to anything by reading. Tracking is disclosed on the page itself and described in full in the privacy notice. Comments they leave are shown to the account holder who owns the page.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We aim for it to be up and correct, and we'll tell you honestly when it isn't, but we don't guarantee uptime, data retention beyond what the privacy notice says, or that a page will render the way your AI intended. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it, which during the beta is nothing.
Ending things
You can stop using Dealpages at any time; email us to have your account and everything under it deleted. We can end or suspend the service, or your access to it, for breach of these terms or if we shut the product down; in the latter case account holders get at least 30 days' notice to retrieve their pages via the API.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the changelog records when, and account holders are emailed about material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: kylelegare@gmail.com.
